Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your box, you can return your box within 30 days. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, all we require is a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Shipaid and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

What do I get when I insure my order with Shipaid?

Shipaid is a peace of mind delivery guarantee option added at checkout that allows you to file a claim should the unfortunate case arise that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

What if my order never arrives, is stolen or damaged?

To protect your order against loss or theft, shipaid delivery guarantee is added at check out.
When you have delivery guarantee, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
